I was a Branch Head, System Engineer and Team Leader for naval weapons projects of over 250 million dollars. I participated in realizing savings of over 100 million dollars in then year dollars.
- Naval Ordinance Systems Command: - Washington, DC. - Aug 1969 to 1983. I was a General, Electrical and Electronic Engineer. I was a Branch Head, System Engineer and Team Leader for naval weapons projects of over 250 million dollars that leveraged billion dollar programs. I participated in realizing savings of over 100 million dollars in then year dollars.
- Naval Ship Weapons System Engineering Station: - Port Hueneme, Calif., Oct 1966 to Aug 1969. I was an Electronic Engineer in Ship/Shipyard Liaison Branch. I was a Regular Overhaul Coordinator for TARTAR improvements in Long Beach, San Francisco, Boston & Norfolk Naval Shipyards and liaison to our headquarters project office.
- Long Beach Naval Shipyard: - Long Beach, Calif., July 1957 to July 1969. I was an Engineering Student Trainee with waterfront shop experiences and Electrical Engineer experience in the Fire Control Design Division.
- United States Marine Corps Reserve: - Seal Beach, Calif., April 4 '57 to '62. I was a part time Private and Private First Class, Rifleman and Fire Team Leader and Marine boot camp survivor.
Honors:
- Several performance and suggestion awards.
Personal:
- I am married, and have a special daughter with three children and a special embrased daughter with two children that add up to five special grandchildren. I am interested in what works and why. I am interested in therapy that works and learning processes that work. I am interested in teamworking, technology, computers, practical generic spirituality, and health, and tools to assist. To me these interests represent the practical tools associated with practical solutions for better lives.
